Professor Tae-Min Kim (MD/PhD) received his MD degree from The Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine, and subsequently earned both his master’s and doctoral degrees in Medical Microbiology from the same graduate school. He then completed his public health physician service at the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency/National Institute of Health, followed by postdoctoral training at Harvard Medical School in the United States. Since 2013, he has been serving in the Department of Medical Informatics at The Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine. He has also held several leadership positions, including Department Chair, Director of the Catholic University Cancer Research Institute, and Head of major research programs such as the Basic Medical Science Program of The Catholic Medical Center and the Artificial Intelligence–Brain Science Program.

His primary research interest is the implementation of precision oncology using cancer OMICS data. By applying cutting-edge research methodologies such as next-generation sequencing and spatial transcriptomics, he conducts translational research bridging basic and clinical science, with the goal of improving real-world cancer diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis assessment.

Hun-Sung Kim is a board-certified endocrinologist who earned a Ph.D. in Medical Informatics and currently a Professor at the Department of Medical Informatics, The Catholic University of Korea and the Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Department of Internal Medicine, Seoul St. Mary’s Hospital. 
As a Certified Physician in Biomedical Informatics (CPBMI) and a clinician-scientist, he is dedicated to providing clinical care, advancing the practical implementation of medical big data, and educating students. 
He serves in leadership roles across medical informatics societies, including Chair of the Medical Big Data Research Working Group, Advisor to the Korean Society of Health Informatics and Statistics (Former 26th Chair), etc., supporting the practical implementation of medical data science. His research continues to advance the clinical utilization of digital healthcare, telemedicine, and AI-driven medical technologies.
He is also actively involved in several clinical  societies such as the Korean Endocrine Society, Korean Diabetes Association, the Korean Society of Clinical Geriatrics, Korean Society of CardioMetabolic Syndrome, etc., contributing to the integration of data science in clinical medicine. He also got multiple government-funded research projects as the principal investigator in these fields. 
His major research interests include real-world data such as EMR and PGHD, to improve clinical practice. He is actively conducting research in digital healthcare and telemedicine by integrating ICT technologies with clinical practice.

In-Young Choi, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Medical Informatics at the Catholic University of Korea, where she also serves as the Associate Director of External Affairs at the Catholic Information Convergence Institute (CICI). She earned her doctorate in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Ewha Womans University.
As a leading expert in medical informatics, big data, AI, and digital healthcare, Professor Choi is deeply committed to advancing both research and education. She has played a pivotal role in strengthening national research infrastructure through her contributions to the Korea Biobank Network (KBN) platform and Common Data Model (CDM) projects. Furthermore, she is at the forefront of medical innovation, leading the development of digital pathology platforms and Digital Therapeutics (DTx) clinical trial management systems.
In addition to her academic pursuits, she serves as a key advisor to the Ministry of Health and Welfare, helping shape policies for the clinical application of medical big data. Her leadership within the scientific community is highlighted by her tenure as the Chair of the Board for the Korean Society of Medical Informatics (KOSMI) and President of the Korean Society of Health Information and Statistics (KOSHIS).

Professor Ji-Won Chun majored in cognitive and experimental psychology at The Catholic University of Korea and earned her Ph.D. in neuroscience from the Department of Medical Sciences at Yonsei University College of Medicine. After serving as a research fellow in the Department of Psychiatry at The Catholic University of Korea College of Medicine, she is currently a faculty member in the Department of Medical Informatics.
She conducts research on brain disorders and digital healthcare using multimodal data through the Artificial Intelligence–Brain Science Program under the Basic Medical Science Facilitation Program of The Catholic Medical Center. 
Her primary research interests focus on abnormalities in brain networks involved in cognitive and emotional processing across various disorders, and on digital therapeutic technologies aimed at preventing and treating these conditions. She is conducting related research through government-funded research projects.
